Zero-Growth Neighborhoods: Doing More with Less

American Planning Association is the pied piper for the World Commission on Environment and Development, leading states to follow the Sustainable Development Law and governance. A backroom Directorate schooled every US State legislative house with the APA’s Smart Growth Legislative Guide to initiate Statute Reform,  Agency Organizing, Comprehensive Planning, Land-Use Control, Regional Plans and Neighborhood Designations. Our local pied piper, the Vision 2040 taskforce, is planning Smart Growth for Southern Oregon, ultimately aiming towards Net-Zero Growth neighborhoods. Learn what the near future looks like in a Zero-Growth Neighborhood – Doing More with Less – a slide presentation at the Central Point Library, Friday February 21st starting at 6:00 will provide handouts and an opportunity for you to share your thoughts.

This presentation event is not sponsored nor endorsed by the Jackson County Library System.
